Campurkan semua bahan kecuali margarine.uleni,sampai setengah kalis..
Masukkan margarine,uleni lagi sampai kalis..
Timbang adonan @45gr dan bulatkan lalu istirahatkan kurang lebih 30menit(saya bentuk pizza).
Baluri sedikit terigu,lalu lubangi tengah dengan jari dan rapikan..
Istirahatkan kurang lebih 45 menit sampai mengembang 2x lipat..
Goreng dengan minyak banyak pada suhu170-180°c..
Tunggu matang disatu sisi lalu balik sampai matang sisi yang lain..
Angkat,tiriskan dan dinginkan.donat siap ditopping..
